Russian National Flag Day was celebrated in Perm.

The daytime program brought together hundreds of residents: volunteers distributed tricolor ribbons on the city esplanade, Cathedral Square, near the A.G. Soldatov Palace of Culture, and on the Kama River embankment near the amphitheater and Pier No. 7. Festive venues welcomed guests at the Ya.M. Sverdlov Garden, Schastye Isty Park, Balatovo Park, and A.P. Chekhov Park. A vintage car rally drove through the central streets under Russian tricolors, and for active recreation enthusiasts in the Sverdlovsk District, a bike ride along the Lipovaya Gora ecological trail took place.

In the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, the shared memory and traditions of many generations are strengthened under the white-blue-red banner. A large concert venue (0+) was set up on the central embankment, where a dance flash mob featuring the unfurling of the Russian National Flag was followed by performances by the Jazz Quarter Boys' Choir, the Perm Provincial Orchestra, the Voskresenie Ensemble, and Alexander Tyshchik. Music also played on the embankment near Pier No. 7 and in the small amphitheater, where Perm performers and the Chorus Quartet ensemble performed.
The festival "Weekend on the Embankment. Zakamsk—A Place of Power" (0+) was held on the embankment in the Kirovsky District. The musical program featured performances by Maria Savostina and Evgeny Starkov, Artur Abaev, Anzhelika Muratova, Oleg Kostyrya and the Ba-Ba-Tu ensemble.
